Moving to a new service or experiencing a change in loved one’s support provider can be an anxious
time and our teams are on hand to offer advice, provide information and work with them every step
of the way.
Our team will work in partnership and capture unique qualities and needs of loved ones so that we
can provide the very best care and support at each stage of their journey. We place an important
focus on working with family as equal partners to drive forward positive outcomes and regularly
improve our service.
Ty Cyfle has 10 en-suite bedrooms all of which are double sized, some bedrooms are large enough to accommodate siblings, boyfriend/girlfriend or partners and all of the rooms can be personalised to each persons taste. All rooms are tastefully decorated and modern.
The bedrooms are spread over two floors where there are 6 on the first floor and 4 on the second, all accessible via a wide large stairway. Each room will have Wi-Fi access to superfast broadband. On the ground floor as you enter the large bright entrance hall where there are two toilets for Male and Female which are very modern and new.
We take a personalised approach to communicating with families no matter how far away they may
be. Our engagement also ranges from weekly
updates via email of all successes, news, incidents and information as a planned and agreed process; through to daily chats and updates via the
telephone.
